Group trips in Jordan

Petra, the Wadi Rum desert and the Dead Sea in a week: the ideal group is six, the size of a jeep.

⏱ Typical length: 7–10 days💶 Budget: medium🏛️ Culture🏔️ Adventure

Jordan is the perfect one-week trip: small, safe, proverbially hospitable, with three different wonders a few hours apart. Petra alone deserves two days; Wadi Rum is lived by jeep and in a Bedouin camp under the stars; the Dead Sea closes the loop floating.

As a group everything costs less and gives more: the rental car, the desert jeep, a private Bedouin camp. The Jordan Pass, which bundles visa and entrance fees, pays off for anyone staying at least three nights — that is, the whole group.

March–May and September–November: warm days and cool desert nights. Summer tops 40 degrees in Aqaba and at the Dead Sea; winter is cold in Petra and Amman, with some rain, but almost tourist-free.

Don't miss

💡 The group tip

Six people fill exactly one Wadi Rum jeep and a private Bedouin camp: the perfect number. Book Petra by Night for the first evening and give the site the whole following day.
